Artist Caitlin McGauley lives and works in the Chelsea neighborhood of New York City, where a typical day might include dreaming, painting or researching for inspiration. Previously, she worked as a textile designer for Ralph Lauren Home before striking out on her own in 2011. She finds inspiration in everything from quirky colors, fabrics, people, bakeries ... visual eye catchers that prompt her to jot down what she sees.
