Polite Pedicures

While there are many dodgy nail bars in New York, there are some fantastic spots too. Polaris is my personal favorite. The wallpaper is a gorgeous floral pattern, it's impeccably clean, quiet, and very spa like without spa prices. For a natural manicure, it's just $12.
