This 32 room Montauk hotel features nautical chic elements such as sea grass and rattan with classic American colors of red, white and blue. A short walk from the beach and quick drive to the glittery Hampton scene, this laid back hotel is a welcome throw back to the 1960's beach hotel scene. Top Chef alum Sam Talbot is known for his delicious seafood centric, locally sustained and creative menu. It reminds me of another favorite spot, The Postcard Inn in St Pete's Beach.
