@ 540 West 28th Street, The Modern Life Concept House will feature 10 designers - ELLE DECOR's top tier list of designers to watch. The Concept House is between 10th and 11th Avenues, and is located in a new condo development called +aRt. The designers will partner with leading brands to design creative and visionary spaces that offer a contemporary approach to living. This showhouse will be open to the public for three weekends in May and June, with ticket sale proceeds benefiting Housing Works, a charity that is fighting to end AIDS and homelessness in New York.
